Paper sculptures

Part of the sculpture brief – Art Foundation Diploma.

During the first stage of my foundation course of study, I was given the opportunity to look at sculpture. To begin this brief, I dyed paper using ink, which was then applied to collage and a series of small scale paper sculptures. The shapes and forms within these sculptures were based on a series of drawings I did beforehand. These drawings all take inspiration from the built environment in Santorini.
